Agropur Cooperative is Canada's largest dairy cooperative, established in 1938 in Granby, Quebec. Headquartered in Saint-Hubert, Longueuil, Quebec, it has grown to become a leader in the North American dairy industry, representing around 3,000 member dairy producers across various regions in Canada. The cooperative operates 39 plants and employs approximately 7,500 people, generating $8.2 billion in gross annual sales in 2023. Agropur offers a wide range of dairy products, including fluid milk, cheese, butter, cream, ice cream, yogurt, and dairy ingredients. Its well-known brands include Natrel, Oka, Québon, Farmers, Island Farms, and BiPro, along with iögo and Olympic through its joint venture with Ultima Foods. The cooperative is committed to sustainability and innovation, aiming to enhance the control of its member-producers in the dairy value chain.
