About Benetics AI

People who build lose nearly a quarter of their working time to things that have nothing to do with building. Ferdinand, an electrician and engineer who had founded companies before, started Benetics AI in 2022 to give that time back. Our first product is a voice assistant for the construction site. It works in over 100 languages and every dialect, and nobody has to type.

More than 500 companies in 10+ countries use Benetics AI: electricians, HVAC installers, timber builders, roofers and solar installers. We are bootstrapped, cash-flow positive and growing in triple digits.

About the role

We are looking for a growth marketer who likes making things and getting them in front of the right people. You will own campaigns across our channels, with Meta, Google and organic social as the main ones today: you plan them, make the content and build the AI workflows behind them. You will work closely with marketing, product and sales, using customer feedback and campaign results to decide what to make next.

What we're looking for

• Campaign-oriented: Build campaigns around a real customer need, connecting audience, message and channels.

• High quality bar: Strong judgment and a track record of shipping work that stands out, from ad copy to short-form video.

• Audience & account-driven: Deeply understand the trades we serve and use what customers and sales tell you to shape every campaign.

• Multi-channel experience: Hands-on depth across several channels, today mostly Meta Ads, Google Ads and organic social.

• Content creation & repurposing: Create posts and short-form video, and turn customer stories and product demos into formats that fit each channel.

• Test and scale: Test clear hypotheses on audiences, messages and creative, and feed what you learn into the next round.

• Marketing analytics: Track spend and lead quality across channels with input from sales, and keep reporting simple and useful.

• AI builder: Build AI workflows and agents that turn customer insights and performance data into new copy, images and video, share them with the team, and keep human review where it matters.

• Sets & hits goals: Own the goals for your channels, measured on cost per lead and lead quality, and decide what to cut and what to scale.

• Velocity: Move quickly from idea to launch and adapt as channels and tools change.

• Language & location: Excellent German and English, spoken and written, and based in Zurich, working from our office on site

Experience

• 3 to 5 years in growth or performance marketing, with campaigns you ran hands-on and can talk through.

• Experience at a B2B tech company; small businesses or the construction trades as an audience are a plus.

• Experience with HubSpot and with connecting creative or marketing tools through automation is helpful.
