Operations Officer

Micdee strives to shape built environments that serve the dreams and needs of people today with considerations from the past and a focus on the future. Our approach is unique. We believe the most timeless, impactful designs come from an understanding rooted in the processes of our clients, their customers/market and the basic human condition. The creative process starts with collaborative engagements with the client and their teams. The information garnered serves as the springboard from which innovation is born. Our designs are shaped to ensure their needs and objectives are met and the resulting product is rooted in social, ecological and economic sustainability. Considerations are also made for cultural sustainability. It is important that whatever product is realised has a sense of place and context.
