A World-Changing Company
Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.
The Role

You’ll partner across product teams and talent to set priorities, build alignment, and turn ideas into programs that impact hiring. The role calls for strategic judgment, strong organization, creative thinking, and the ability to make progress through ambiguity and competing perspectives.

What We Value
- You bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving work, turning broad goals into practical strategies and plans
- You look beyond familiar event formats and find creative ways to connect people with Palantir’s work
- You build trust and alignment with stakeholders who may have different priorities
- You utilize data and reporting to inform the best path forward
- You take ownership of complex work end to end, adapt as circumstances change, and bring others along
- You’re proactive and resourceful: you spot what needs to happen, act without waiting for perfect conditions, and learn from what you try
