Training Specialist/Consultant Set 2 Close , a premier Revenue Consulting firm and HubSpot Elite Partner , empowers businesses to skyrocket revenue through optimized CRM solutions. As a Training Consultant , you are the vital link between our cutting-edge CRM implementations and successful client adoption. You will take ownership of the client education process post-implementation, designing and delivering high-impact, tailored training programs for client teams across all levels. Your primary focus will be to ensure clients confidently manage, utilize, and master their new HubSpot/CRM solutions, driving their long-term success and strengthening Set 2 Close’s trusted partnership status. This role is ideal for an expert trainer and client relationship builder who is passionate about enabling others and translating technical complexity into actionable skills. Client Training Strategy & Delivery Tailored Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver engaging, role-specific training sessions (virtual and on-site) covering CRM best practices, marketing automation, sales tools, and reporting. Continuously update and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, including client-friendly user guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and quick-reference documentation. Post-Implementation Check-ins: Lead follow-up training and consultation sessions to ensure sustained client success and high utilization rates post-onboarding. Consultative Partnership: Act as the primary post-implementation consultant, building strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders and end-users. Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor client system usage and metrics to identify training gaps and recommend additional educational or consultative solutions to maximize client ROI. Feedback Loop: Systematically gather client feedback on training effectiveness and system usability, relaying insights to the Implementation and Product teams to inform future process improvements. Support Escalation: Provide expert, hands-on guidance and troubleshoot complex adoption or usage issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. Knowledge Leadership: Maintain deep, up-to-date expertise in HubSpot and other relevant CRM platforms, sharing platform updates, best practices, and new feature capabilities with both clients and internal teams. Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to the client enablement process, documentation standards, and overall training methodology to enhance efficiency. 7/5 client satisfaction on all training sessions. Ensure 90% of clients report confidently managing their CRM independently post-training completion that were completed on agreed timelines. Complete all required training deliverables within the client's established project timeline. 2+ years of dedicated experience in a corporate training, instructional design, or client enablement role, preferably with a consulting firm or software provider. ~ Expert-level, hands-on experience with a major CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot - preferred , Salesforce, or similar). ~ Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training across various formats (in-person, virtual, recorded video). ~ Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex technical topics clearly and simply. ~ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage training timelines for multiple client accounts simultaneously. HubSpot Solutions Partner or Trainer Certification (or equivalent certifications in other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms). Experience utilizing an LMS (Learning Management System) or video creation tools for professional training content.
