Role Overview
Lead iVedha’s Odoo Practice focused on building sovereign, AI-augmented ERP solutions for Canadian public and private sector clients. You’ll define architecture, guide module configurations (HR, Finance, Supply Chain), and align Odoo deployments within iVedha’s Fabric framework.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end Odoo architecture across HR, Finance, and SCM.
- Work with Nexa engineers to embed AI agents in HR and Finance workflows.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian standards (CRA, PSAB, PBMM).
- Drive pre-sales demos, RFP responses, and client solution design.
- Mentor functional and technical consultants.
Requirements
- 7+ years ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics).
- Deep understanding of Canadian payroll and accounting frameworks.
- Strong project leadership, solution design, and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with AI/automation integrations is an asset.
